Sexual Harassment Hysteria and why it's bad for Women

I will always question any social outrage that targets a specific group.

Today it seems to be open season on White Men for whatever grievance women or some ethnic groups have. As a White Male I can tell you this strategy is a loser. It will get attention in the short term but place the group at a disadvantage for decades. Let's take Affirmative Action, has it worked? And how would you know whether it's worked or would blacks be in the same place today without it?  We don't know, but what White Men see is a group that needs help. And if they still need this kind of help it's because they are not equal. Sure, some of you reading this will bring up the old socio economic excuses but that just doesn't cut it today.  Don't you think many other groups could claim this same situation? Affirmative Action is government sanctioned proof that they aren't equal. They, as a group, should demand that it end.

Now we come to today's Headlines of rampant Sexual Harassment. Women venting their outrage at a male dominated society that blatantly and aggressively pursue their sexuality! OMG  Ladies, first off, isn't this what you have been promoting with your male gay friends? But my larger point is this;

Women have used their sexuallity since the beginning time to give themselves an advantage.

OK Ladies, point blank, Your Use of Sexuallity is also Sexual Harrasment. You need to accept that you are just as culpable as the men you disdain. I think the big difference is, if a man is taken advantage of by the use of female sexuallity they will blame themselves. They take the hit. Sure, women blame themselves too, but those that don't take responsibility have another option. Blame the bigger and stronger gender because the excuse is, women are not equal.

Women don't understand that your demands of justice for you inequitable treatment place you in the same position as blacks. We see your demands as a statement that you are not equal. You need special consideration. Your demands and outrage will give you some short term satisfaction but in the long term, to us White Men, you look weak and less capable.

The bottom line is, many people hate us, because they want to be us. 

And the truth is you can. 

And I'm going to tell you how. 

Women, as a group, you need to conduct yourselves in the same manner with the men you want attention from, as the men you don't. This idea that if you're "uncomfortable" it's harassment is laughable to men. You don't get to wear those pants that make your ass look great and then complain because men that are not on your short list are looking at you. Women never claim harassment towards those men they want attention from.  That's what makes your argument untenable. 

If a man were to touch my wife in an inappropriate way I would expect her to respond with either strong verbal response or a rock solid punch depending on the violation. And then immediately report it. Claiming you were touched 10 years ago and expecting sympathy and justice now are ridiculous. Take some of these claims and turn them around, imagine it's a man claiming a woman grabbed his crotch and said "You like this?" and he's complaining about it now. What do you think of that man?  That he's a victim?  Do you have any sympathy? No, you think he's weak and wants attention. 

And if you haven't noticed, men sexually harass each other. It's part of our culture, we attempt to dominate each other, if you're intimidated by the game, it's because we're looking for weakness. Don't be weak.

Women, what some of you are demanding is that we act like you, or pretend to be sexless drones, automatons that mechanically inhabit the workplace. Well, if you get your wish, stock up on gothic romance novels because the weak ones of your gender will destroy any chance of romantic love.

Authority vs Force [Why you should Ignore Most Laws

Somehow people forget that our laws are generated by the same group of fools we call Congress. Their approval rating is the depth of a toilet bowl. If we don't approve of what they do, why do we follow it?  FUCK Congress, and FUCK their work product, which is Legislation. [LAWS]

Did you know that it's against the Law in California to have a bird feeder? But somehow it's legal to buy bird food?

Our Governor just signed a bill to lower the penalty for INTENTIONALLY giving someone AIDS. It was a Felony, now it's a Misdemeanor.  Some asshole can give your loved ones a deadly disease ON PURPOSE! and it's treated like petty theft. FUCK THE LAWS.

Laws are not created to be logical, to be consistent or even to be just. They are as incompetent as those that make them. Congress is incompetent and so are their laws.

I suggest you take all interaction with authority, personally. These incidents aren't with you and the law. They are between you and some PERSON that means to do you harm. Perhaps they want to take your money for some dubious or illegal reason. Perhaps they want to take your freedom. The LAW is often used as a gun to steal from you when no harm has been committed. Learn to say NO! and volunteer nothing. If they want something from you make them take it.

Remember, in all of these interactions, the authority they have, is what you give them. There is a giant divide between Authority and Force.  Authority is when we all agree and respect certain rules. Force is used when we don't agree and respect. And that's what we are left with today. We don't agree and we don't respect so those that choose to enforce use force.  I suggest we use an opposite and equal force until we are once again respected.

Dear Americans YOU ARE STUPID

American's must be the most stupid people on the planet.  So easily manipulated, and it's not that you trust anything. You simply lack the brainpower to see thru the most ridiculous lies you're told by business and government.  And I have to live in this world that you accept and contribute too.

Here are a few clues. I'm 60 years old and we have constantly been at war even though we have no enemies at our borders.  We have been at war because the giant corporations that run this country want to continue reaping the gigantic profits of the war machine. There is plenty of money for Health Care and social programs but you have been convinced that these are a waste of money. YOU ARE STUPID.  Clue #2. Contract Law and TOS Agreements.  You probably don't even know what this stands for. TERMS OF SERVICE. These Agreements you click thru remove all of your rights under law. WHAT GOOD ARE OUR RIGHTS IF YOU GIVE THEM AWAY?

Your State probably has specific rights to protect you as a worker BUT the company you work for has Incorporated in Delaware or somewhere that does not grant these rights and those are the laws that you work under. YES, you can work in California and pay California Tax but have the rights of whatever state your company's Headquarters resides.  This is because the people you vote into Congress have FUCKED YOU and you keep voting them in, again and again.

Your Government is just an extension of Corporate interests. You are as much a slave as those bought and sold Two hundred years ago.  Your vote means nothing. It's window dressing to let your weak mind convince yourself that the people in American run the show.

Now let me tell you who the real enemies are, and there are TWO.  First it's the MEDIA. Billion Dollar Corporations that constantly pound their message into your heads. We are a free country, but you're nothing if you don't have the latest iPhone.  You have the Bill of Rights, but don't click that TOS!

But the second enemy is one you rarely hear stories about. They are protected and hidden. They are the JUDGES. They are the most corrupt entity in this country. They corrupt our Constitution and our Bill of Rights. They allow the Police to murder your children and the Corporations Murder you financially.  They are the whip and the protectors of the lie.

Soon we will be told that we must submit to Marshall Law because we are threatened by enemies from outside. This will be a lie. The enemies are here amongst us. And they are getting more paranoid all the time. Because the lies they have been spinning are getting thin, so thin that even the stupid are having a hard time believing them.  Consider this, we have spent Trillions of dollars trying to control Al Qaeda. They account for maybe 30,000 people.  That's the size of a tiny midwest town.
In the Bay Area that would be like the town of Martinez.  Trillions of dollars and we can't control Martinez?  It's all a lie, why can't you see it?

Andy Lopez, a 13 year old boy is shot 7 times by the Santa Rosa Police Department's Training Officer, Erick Gelhaus. Please don't forget this assholes Name, ERICK GELHAUS. HE KILLED THIS KID FOR NOTHING. ANDY WAS DOING NOTHING ILLEGAL. HE WAS CARRYING A TOY AIRSOFT GUN. Gelhaus yelled at him to drop the gun, the kid turned around to see who was yelling at him am Gelhaus fired 8 shots at the kid. This took maybe 2 seconds. He kills the kid because he says he felt threatened. No Criminal Charges are filed against Gelhaus and later he's promoted.
Police are protected from lawsuits. They can do the most horrendous things and can't be held personally responsible. But the Department can be sued which means you and me pay the millions in damages for their crimes! How the fuck is that reasonable. It's not. The truth is, our government wants the cops to be protected so they don't fear keeping us in line. Truly, the cops job used to be to protect us but now it's to make sure we keep paying our taxes and not rock the boat.

This Bitch,  Sonoma County District Attorney Jill Ravitch rules that the Andy's civil rights were not violated!   FUCK YOU JILL!  FUCK YOU AND SHAME ON YOU!  WHAT IF IT WAS YOUR KID THAT WAS KILLED?  and this proves, we have no civil rights. The Police are supposed to protect us. Protect us with their lives. We are not supposed to be killed because the cop was scared. They volunteered for the job, they volunteered to risk their lives.  How did this shit get so upside down?  Blame the Judges. And people like this Bitch.

What is Sexual Harassment / And What Isn't

As a man, this is one of the more interesting questions I get to ponder.  A few observations are:

Men have no clue, because mostly it makes no sense.

Men think it's a demand made by men against less powerful women.

"Blow me or you're fired!"  Sure, that fits.  but "You look nice today?"  does not.
It's yet another one of those, if I'm uncomfortable it's harassment.  Imagine a man claiming harassment because of a woman's perfume. How does that make him look?  And let's face it, these laws are for women against men.  Ultimately it only makes women seem weaker and less capable.
A female Affirmative Action.

OK, so here is the fly in the ointment.

Sexual Harassment is never directed at the man the woman wants to be noticed by.  If the boss asks out his underling and she wants to be asked out, that's fine.  If the woman does not want this attention it becomes harassment.  So how is the guy to know?  It's funny how often women think guys can read minds.

Scenario 1 / A woman at work gets asked out, a nice adult invitation. She does not want to seem to eager or she was caught off guard so she declines. She decides she likes this guy and hopes he asks again. Sometime later he brings it up again and she can't because of an obligation. On the third suggestion she accepts.  All good.

Scenario 2 /  A woman at work gets asked out, a nice adult invitation. She was caught off guard by this and does not want to date this guy so she declines. She hopes this guy doesn't ask her again. Sometime later he brings it up again and she claim she has another obligation for that evening and hopes this guy gets the message.  On his third suggestion she sees no end to this and labels it harassment.  All bad.

So perhaps you're thinking, the company should have a no dating policy?  This would fix it.  Fix it for whom? First off, it's not the companies responsibility or their Right to tell people how to live and act. Most people seem far too willing to allow Government or Business to govern their human interactions. FUCK THEM!  We end up with all this bullshit because the woman in Scenario 2 doesn't just say she's not interested in dating this guy.  She's just trying to be nice you say?  So this guy gets fired because she's trying to be nice?  She's weak and her friends should have told her how to say No to the guy in a nice but clear way. Her friends don't realize their actions are limiting their own opportunities.

How often do women ask, "How does my ass look in this?"  How often do they wear form fitting clothes to show off their breasts and their backside.  They want attention, but only from a short list of friends and co workers. And if those on the list make a positive comment it's great. But those off the list better not be looking at them?  How do you expect to get it both ways.  Well logically you don't.  That's why most harassment allegations are baseless.

What follows is a real world experience that I witnessed.


I worked at the San Francisco Headquarters of the Gap for many years. I worked closely with the IT Department. One morning the IT employees came to work and found that they were charged with Sexual Harassment. A female worker from another department was offended by a poster that was hanging on a wall in the IT Department. All the employees it that office were giving written warnings and a letter went into each of their files describing the incident. What did not go in their file was a picture of the offending poster. The poster was a Gap Ad, that had been in the newspaper and was also hanging in the Ladies Undergarment Department. It was a beautiful young girl wearing Gap under clothing and showed no more skin than a bathing suit. But because one person was offended now all the people in the Department were criticised. Two of the people were women. This is political correctness and sensitivity training gone insane. Or do you agree? I'd love to hear a thoughtful explanation as to why this was necessary. 


So what is SEXUAL Harassment?

A person makes rude or cruel or demeaning sexual comments more that twice to a co-worker. And twice he is told to stop.  That's harassment.

This would include a woman calling a man a "pussy," more than once. And being told to stop.

A man demands sex from a woman for her continued employment or advancement.

Below is also harassment that is never prosecuted or even talked about.

A woman offer sex to a man for employment or advancement. 
Seems harassment only goes one way.

Discomfort is not harassment. Grow up Ladies, you claim to be equal, start acting like it.

Like most things today, what we call "News," is a lie.  Real news has no agenda. That means those who are informing you of events in the world are giving you the known facts and letting you decide what is good or bad. I know this can be hard.  Why so little news about AIDS/HIV?
Yes, people die from gun violence but far more people contract HIV every year. The number according to the CDC is 50,000. Do you have any idea what AIDS costs us?  Most people with HIV will die from an AIDS related problem. They will be less healthy and require much more medical attention than someone without it.  The population with AIDS related issues is also the perfect vector for a new virus to cross over to the human population. What do I mean by that?  Humans with weak immune systems are the perfect host for new or mutated diseases to infect all humans. How many AIDS viruses are there?  Did you think there was just one?  All viruses mutate. They are always trying to get stronger. As we treat them, the few tiny mutated virus cells that are not killed by treatment attempt to grow. There are 13 different subtypes of HIV now. These subtypes can combine into new viruses called CRFs.  read about it here.  HIV Strains  Our Governor in California, Jerry Brown, just signed legislation changing the law about knowingly giving someone HIV. It had been a Felony to give someone HIV on purpose.  Basically, killing them slowly.  He has signed a bill to make it a misdemeanor.  I hope no one he loves gets infected.  So what other stories are not getting reported?

3 Million More Votes and you lose?

How do you receive nearly 3 million more votes than your opponent and lose the election? How is this possible and why do we accept it? Our Constitution is not by and for the Electoral College. Explain how this system is more fair? Twice we have received buffoons from this process. Twice, more people clearly voted for the other candidate, and that candidate lost. There is an easy fix for this. There is no need for a constitutional convention. If this outrage ever happens again, the electors will be charged with casting their votes for the candidate that wins the popular vote. And not all states have to instigate this. You say this isn't possible? Many states already deny the electors from changing their vote. Yes, a state can overwhelming vote for one candidate and the electors are not tied to that vote. WTF This was done to keep someone like Trump from being elected! Since it didn't work it's long past time to change the game.

Where is the Threat?

As our President continues to claim that Health spending is out of control, our Military Budget, by far the largest in the world, continues to suck Trillions from you and I. Consider this, our soldiers are paid slave wages while the Corporations reap huge profits. And where is the threat? Our borders with Canada and Mexico are not threatened by invasion. Our war machine is now in overdrive to create a new boogeyman of North Korea to keep the funds moving. Sadly, a nation so uneducated and manipulated that would vote in someone so unprepared deserves what it gets. Greed, Stupidity, and Fear have nearly killed this country. I lay the majority of the blame on the major news media and the two major political parties. They blabber about the smoke while the whole structure is burning. I believe we have only one more non violent lever to pull to redirect the country. This is just my opinion and if you can convince me otherwise I'm willing to listen.

Why are Police protected against Civil Lawsuits?

If you believe this is to stop frivolous litigation you are wrong.  You and I are stuck paying the bill for Police Misconduct.  The same lawsuits that the Cops should be on the hook for passes to you and me, the taxpayer.  They do something stupid, they shoot and kill an unarmed person doing nothing illegal and it's the citizens of the municipality that have to pay the families for their loss. Explain to me how this is reasonable or fair.  Police are not drafted, they volunteer.  

No End of Hate Speech Toward White People

It seems OK to hate White People. Even some white people I know hate white people. WTF?  And it's TV that's teaching us this ridiculous politically correct Bullshit. If you think this is reasonable because of slavery consider this, there is more slavery right now in Africa than there ever was in the US. Really! Spend 5 minutes and research slavery in the world today.  I think we need to take a page from the easily offended playbook. When your race gets dissed you need to jump down the throat of the offender with both boots.  But let's backup for a moment. Let's look at the kinds of shit we are taught. People who have crossed our Southern Border are not Illegal Aliens, they are Undocumented. Shall we call drug dealers Unregistered Doctors? or drug users the Non Prescribed?  And on and on. If you are non white and you want to further your group's prospects, you are an Activist. But if a White person does the same thing they are labeled a Racist or Supremacist. This is hate speech.  I'm proud to be White, perhaps I should DEMAND to be called A PERSON OF LIGHT.

The Rules of Authority

1.  Authority Always wants More Authority

2.  Authority Always wants to limit Oversight.

3.  Authority Always wants to remove itself from Responsibility.

Look carefully at those people you know who want Authority, they typically are weak and insecure. They crave Power because they have little influence over their peers.  They were bullied in school and want to get even. Often they will be "Know it Alls" and arrogant with their opinions.

So let's take this kind of person and give them a gun and a badge and always give them the benifit of doubt and resolve them of responsibility.  And then, we wonder why we have the problems we do with the Police.

From my personal experience as a white person in America, I have found the majority of cops to be assholes. Assholes that take advantage of their positions and applaud the violence and murder their "Brotherhood" inflicts on the public.  And as much as I despise Police Culture, it's the Judges that allow this kind of behavior that need to be "what?"  Add your favorite verb.

Offensive Spending

Propaganda is a lie presented as a fact.  Or a phrase to make you think in a certain way.  In 2013 it became legal for our government to manufacture and disseminate propaganda to us, the American people. The government has been doing this all along but Congress made it legal in 2013*. And the main source is The State Department.  This includes Motion Pictures and all types of communications.  Some experts believe that many of the talking heads you see employed by the giant Media Companies are paid government contractors working to disseminate government approved propaganda.  So when you hear a NEWS story, and think something must have been left out or it does not pass the smell test it's probably because it's not true.

And the world is filled with everyday terms and phrases that are propaganda. .  Take the term "Defense Spending," or the "Defense Budget."  Most of our money gets spent on ongoing conflicts like the mess in the Middle East.  This is OFFENSE SPENDING, this is the OFFENSE BUDGET. We are constantly told the Military needs more of our money to protect us. But in truth, they want more money to kill others that have no interest in harming the United States. And when we are harmed, it's because we have been killing them for years. Also consider that my term is exactly what it is. OFFENSIVE SPENDING.

Something else to consider when you look at all the money spent.

WHY DO OUR TROOPS GET PAID SO LITTLE?  Let me give you a hint. (Because like Illegal Aliens, they are a needed underclass.) They are expendable.  They are a way of getting rid of undesirable people.  Many of the boys I met in the Military were there because they were given a choice of jail or military service.  Think about that for a minute. Your 18, you steal a car and the judge exaggerates your penalty to get you to volunteer for something that may cripple or kill you.

5 years in Jail or join the Army!  (Seems like half of the Blacks I met had a similar story.)

You may not know this, but when you're in the Military you have very few Rights. You are fighting to supposedly protect the Constitution but you're not good enough to be protected by it.  Did you know many Militaries around the world are Unionized?

A CHP Officer can make $100,000 a year. And the excuse is they have a dangerous job.  Look up death by occupation on the CDC's website.  They have less chance of being killed by a gun or knife or blunt force trauma that you and me.  Most deaths are caused by how they drive!  If you want a really dangerous job, be a Postman. It's 10 times more dangerous that a cop.

Maybe you think it would be unpatriotic for a Soldier to want more money??  Maybe you think they owe the country this commitment and I'm crazy to think otherwise.  Then why does this thinking not carry over to Military Contractors that make fortunes from Military Sales. Why should they get paid so much and those that risk their lives get so little?  Hint?  because this country is a capitalist country. Our God is $$$, not people. That's why Trillions get spent to kill people a Thousands get spent to save our own people. We have people starving in the US and our government allows our companies to move jobs overseas with little consequence.

So the next time you see a Support Our Troops! ribbon or banner.  Understand the propaganda behind it. I guess they want us to Support them because the government doesn't want too.

1000's of Americans will die with the end of The Affordable Care Act

1000's of Americans will die when Trump, and parts of Congress end the Affordable Care Act. How many Thousands? I don't know. But I do know that many more Americans will die because of our HealthCare System than might be killed by "Terrorists." Our Government claims we are in danger from a small group of people on the other side of the planet. Our lives are in danger and we must spend Trillions of Dollars to stop it. Has all this money made the situation better. Are we more safe now that 10 years ago? Are there less "Terrorists" now that there were a decade ago? No,no and no. The truth is, our lives are in danger from a small group of people in Washington. They push this idea of "Terrorism." The New's loves the word, they invented it. I've always fought against the term, it's Propaganda. It's meant to incite a response. But I've come to believe that Terrorists do exist, and they don't live in the Middle East. They live in Board Rooms and Court Rooms right here in America. They want to control you through fear, but truly, they are the ones we need to fight. And maybe some of you will, if you remember any of this after watching, Dancing With The Stars.

Today's True and Unique American Freedom

After 60 years of contemplation I had an epiphany today.  My longtime dilemma stems from the fact that people in this country think they are SPECIAL and SMARTER and FREE. And what dawns on me today (April 30th 2017 at 1 pm) is that today's true American Freedom is that people here can believe any STUPID ASININE thing they want. Don't confuse them with facts or bore them with long explanations. Make sure the philosophy you want them to accept has a catchy phrase that fits on a bumper sticker. It all makes sense to me now. I know, it sounds so obvious when it's stated like this. We all know it's true and has been true but for some reason I kept thinking that eventually people would see how manipulated they are. But it just gets worse. It seems, the worse things get, the more people refuse to see it. Perhaps it's a coping mechanism.

A few examples;

A fetus is Sacred, unless an American bomb falls on it.

I voted for him /or her because they are for the little guy.

We have to fight them there so we don't have to fight them here!

My Favorite!

Freedom isn't Free  (I like that it's catchy and requires us to believe we have to continue spending huge amount of money to be free AND, the deeper meaning is Freedom does not equal "Being Free."

OK, maybe I need some better examples but you get the idea.

The Day I learned I was a Terrorist

Really, image reading an FBI White Paper and learning that you are considered a terrorist? The White Paper was the FBI's assessment of a group of people in the United States that call themselves Sovereign Citizens.  I don't consider myself a Sovereign Citizen, but because I'm sympathetic to the idea than our Government is out of control I am labeled a Terrorist.

What has happened to America?

Free Speech? When a cop shoots a 14 year old boy because he claims he feared the boy's toy I speak up. When the cop is found not guilty I speak up.  When a Judge claims the boys Civil Rights were not violated I speak up. When Wall Street perpetrates a gigantic scam on the people of this nation and our Government does nothing but bail them out, I SPEAK UP.

It's an easy fix for Government to label Dissension as Terror. And of course, we don't negotiate with Terrorist.

There is no Freedom to Lie

Simple Question:  Should our Freedom of Speech include the Freedom to Lie?  I understand that this can be hard to judge but if someone knowing states facts that are not true to influence someone else I consider this fraud. It should not be legal to steal the truth. But it seems it is. We now live in the Mis-Information Age. It's becoming impossible to know what the truth of any situation is. And if the courts continue to allow us to be lied to perhaps it's finally time to bypass our politically motivated Justice System and meter out justice ourselves.

The Next Big Loss of Freedom (The Freedom to Learn)

 I saw this as clearly as a Prophet of God.  It's so obvious that you'll wonder why it never occurred to you. One of our biggest freedoms these days is our ability to Research, to Fact Check, to Study. A big part of this freedom comes from our anonymous ability to surf the net for whatever intrigues us at the moment.  Yes you can be tracked by advertisers and maybe the government searches for keywords or watches certain websites that most of us are not interested in. But I think this is going to change very soon.

I Predict In The Near Future, the US will Suffer a Major Cyber Warfare Attack.

It will devastate our Internet Resources and may also cost some people their lives. And our Government will demand more Patriot Act type Legislation that will devastate our privacy online. You will be issued an Online Identification and everything you look at will be logged and quantified. You are now a suspect in everything you wish to Study. Your "Freedom to Learn" has been diminished. And now the Government can finally start to control Online Gambling and Porn and the Dark Web.

Perhaps We'll Receive a "Patriot Score" based on our Browsing History.

The Scores real purpose is to rank you as a potential threat. Maybe these scores will be used in hiring Government and Corporate Employees.  I would have never believed that Drug Testing could be demanded by employers. It can't possibly be Constitutional!  But the weak minded will trade everything for Safety. And like I've said before, no matter how much you trade, you will never feel safe. Because the ones asking you to trade are the ones that make sure you are always afraid. 

The Big Question will be, "Was This a False Flag Event?"

A False Flag Event is when a Government claims "falsely" that it was attacked. This is done to give an excuse for what the Government has been planning on doing. They want you to accept that they had no choice but to remove more of your freedoms so they can protect you. OK, so now maybe you're thinking that our Great United States Government would never do this!  Well, it already has.

General McNamara and the Joint Chiefs of Staff lies to Congress to get us involved in the Vietnam War.

This is a classic "False Flag Event." The General and the Joint Chiefs lied to Congress about an attack on the Destroyer USS Maddox in the Gulf of Tonkin. This gave President Johnson the authority to invade Vietnam. I'm not making this shit up! Use your Freedom to Learn while you still can. Many people believe that parts of our government knew about a possible attack on the World Trade Center and let it happen so they could invade Afghanistan and get all these new laws passed so they can bypass our Constitution. (Let me be clear, I don't know what to believe!) And that is a big problem for the US Government. THEY ARE NOT CREDIBLE. Now, our Government hides so much behind what they claim to be NATIONAL SECURITY that few people know what is really going on. AND HOW CAN A DEMOCRATIC PEOPLE KNOW HOW TO VOTE, IF ALL THEY ARE TOLD IS HALF TRUTHS AND LIES?

So Get Ready for the next big Adjustment to our Constitution.

Perhaps nows the time to start thinking about ways to communicate in an ad hoc fashion.  That means small intranets not connected to web.

UPDATE:

I have noticed a major change in how the major search engines are delivering results.  These results have little to do with the search requested.  They are nearly all aimed at official explanation or for-profit web sites. Even advanced search, when verbatim is specified, bypasses sites that adhere to the requested parameters.  Information is being denied via specific algorithms.  Perhaps this strategy will be enough to manipulate research counter to the accepted official doctrine.

California's Everyday Death Penalty

You have given much away to be safe. And, while you were giving up "your," Rights under our Constitution, you were giving away mine.  For my whole adult life I've been a fierce proponent of the Bill of Rights.  I sometimes wonder if it its still taught in School? My focus has not been personal safety, but of keeping our Rights Safe. They are what gives us safety.

With all you have given up for Safety, Do you feel Safe?

In my lifetime, how many laws have been passed to insure safety? Thousands? Millions? Law that restrict what we can do. Laws that change the very nature of our lives. So I ask again, do you feel safe?  If not, it's because you have been told over and over again that the world is filled with evil, and that this evil can only be diminished if you are willing to become a slave. 

Do what we say, don't question Authority! Be safe. 

Let's look at Authority. Do you want it? Is it something you crave. What kind of person wants Authority? The simple answer is: People who are Scared. People who lack control or influence. 

These are the kinds of people that work their way into Positions of Authority. I'm sure there are other types as well but look closely at the people you know that have worked their way into Authority. What kind of person do you see?   And is it any wonder that these people find themselves isolated?

They are not like most people. Most people don't want Authority. Because most people understand that the cost of honest Authority is Responsibility. And truthfully, most people don't want that level of Responsibility.  But the person who craves Authority does not care about responsibility. They want power, they want respect, to be listened too. They are selfish. So the responsibility what they should embrace is just an annoyance.  

I don't have to follow the rules! I make the rules!

When is the last time you saw our Representatives pass a law that enhanced our freedom? They can't even agree that email should be treated like regular mail!  I believe the reason for all the draconian rules that get passed is that these selfish people are afraid. Authority did not make them brave. In the end, all it did was make their cries of fear louder. Loud enough that you hear them, and you have decided that you too should be afraid. If Authority is afraid then we are not safe.  

Look closely at your life and your surroundings.  YOU ARE SAFE, but you are not free. 

In California people think we have outlawed the Death Penalty. You will be told that no one has been put to death in California since 2006. But that's not true. You need to look at this more deeply. A Death Penalty case takes years of hard work with automatic appeals. Everything that can be done to get it right is thrown at the case before a person is executed.  And even then, the State can get it wrong. 

No Death Penalty in California? Wrong!!  

1,130 people have been killed in California in the last 10 years. 

One Thousand, One Hundred and Thirty people were shot and killed by the Police in California in the last 10 years. Were they all Justified? NO!  One example was a 13 year old boy with a BB Gun.  A Santa Rosa TRAINING Officer (Erick Gelhaus) fired 8 times and killed this boy. When the boy turned to hear what was being yelled at him, the cop opened fire. The boy was Andy Lopez.  Andy was doing nothing wrong. The toy he was holding was legal and could not harm anyone. The shooting was investigated by those in Authority and found that Gelhaus had acted in a reasonable manner!  It is reasonable for the police to shoot and kill even children if they can say that the child was holding anything that might be a weapon! I want you to think long and hard on this. If I were King, the Police would no longer be given the license of lethal force.

Any Child, Holding a Toy Gun, can be killed by the Police because it's Reasonable.

IT'S NOT REASONABLE!

I have to ask, WHAT KIND OF SICK FUCK COULD FIND THIS REASONABLE!  Only someone who is very afraid, someone psychologically broken. Our Courts found that Officer Gelhaus did not violate the boy's Civil Rights. If this is true, then we have no Civil Rights. So do you still believe that there is no Death Penalty in California?  What has happened is, California no longer has to be so careful when killing someone. Do you ever wonder why the Police shoot the person so many times. So many times as to make sure they die from the wounds and can't recover?  I think it's because they never want to be sitting in a Court Room across from a living victim that can testify against them. I think they walk around with a hair trigger because they have been told over and over again that they are at war, that they are a target every moment they walk around in uniform. They have been infused with the fear of Authority and they believe it because they are the type that want Authority, but they don't want the Responsibility.

The Truth is; We need Protection from our Protectors.

The Police have come to believe that they are more important than those they are hired to protect.

Check out the CDC's Statistics on Police Killed in the line of Duty.  They are less likely to be killed by a gun or a knife or from blunt force trauma that the average Citizen.  There job ranks right up there with Hairdressers. What kills most Police is them driving into a tree. And that's on them. There is also a very high rate of suicide. Why do you think that is?

Judges have destroyed our rights and given the Police permission to kill us. Judges need to be publicly outed and held accountable for their decisions.

It may be too late to ever get our full protections back from the Bill of Rights, but please think long and hard on what we have already given for safety and on why you still don't feel safe. I think all the laws are to help Authority feel safe, not us. 

Symbols and Propaganda

I was taught that this was bad, the symbol of my enemy. I'm just a little kid and I'm taught that I have a powerful enemy that wishes me harm. This is the very root of propaganda. Proclaim something fearful and demand an anticipated response.  The Patriot Act. It's very name is propaganda.  So I bet you never asked yourself this question?

Who is in charge of American Propaganda?  

Maybe you don't believe our government uses this tactic against us?  Well they do. In 2013 it became a legal, sanctioned part of our government.  Check out the Smith-Mundt Act of 1948. It made Propaganda against American Citizens illegal. This changed in 2013 after our hero, Edward Snowden, proved so many things about our law abiding government.

You can point your finger directly at the State Department for domestic propaganda. 

I'll add more to this post as I think about it. But two things I think are important to consider when it comes to American Propaganda. 

Terrorism: There is no such thing as terrorism.  It's a term invented by a journalist to sell newspapers.  A more accurate definition is Rebel. Those that rebel against the prevailing system. Our government has you believing that Terrorists are only interested in spreading terror.   This belief undermines their goals and the best part is, you believe that not negotiating with terrorists is a perfectly fine policy. 

Support our Troops: This is my favorite bit of propaganda. This distances them from what they do. They are our boys and girls and we must support them no matter what!  Wonder not at the policy or the casualties.  Don't consider the cost or the repercussions.  Support our Troops! like it's a team sport and they are our hometown heros.  By the demand of Support our Troops you automatically also support the policy.  

And back to the Communist Symbol above. It's a Hammer and Sickle, the tools used by the working people. It means Build (Hammer) and Grow (Sickle).  And this has been turned into a ugly immoral Stop Sign. Think no more here, this is bad and that's all you need to know. 

What is Freedom?

   Walk through one of the hundreds of Veteran's Cemeteries. The crosses go on for miles.  We humans will fight for many reasons but what the prevailing war chant is, "You Fight For Freedom."

So What is Freedom?

It's important that we have a clear idea of what Freedom is. Because otherwise it becomes an empty nebulous phrase.  And for most people now, that is all it is.

What did all these people die for?

When New York City started it's Stop and Frisk Policy I couldn't believe it. This goes directly against our Fourth Amendment Right of No Search and Seizure.  People walking down the street were ordered to lay on the ground and be searched without probable cause.

I want you to imagine, you and a friend are walking to the movies when you're confronted by a gang of Police. Without explanation you are ordered to lay on the ground. If you do not comply immediately they draw their weapons and aim them at you as they yell at you to get "Get Down!"  They run their hands over your body and remove whatever you have in your pockets. They find your identification and radio in to dispatch to see if there are any warrants on you.  You ask what this is about and they tell you to shut up. People are walking by, maybe some that know you, maybe people you work with.  If you have any pills or medication with you, without the actual proscription, you'll be arrested until they get proof that you have these legally. If you have an outstanding parking ticket you can be arrested and taken to jail. I'll bet there are many things you have never thought of that can get you taken to jail.  There was no probable cause for you to be stopped. There was no cause in any case for you to be treated like this. Some Black people would have this happen more than once in the same night!

Very few people complained about this Policy?

This went on for years until a judge finally said it's Unconstitutional. As far as I know, no one lost their job or was sued or went to jail for this. I may be wrong but the point is: the Freedom, that so many gave their lives for may be a myth.

So Please, Ask the Question,  and give it your own personal definition. Then look around and see if it exists.

I will give you my Ultimate Test for Living Free.  This is an absolute ideal and not what I propose. It's a philosophical test, a starting point, of the foundation of freedom.

I will move away from others who think differently. I will find shelter and sustenance. I will follow where my personal gods lead.  I will not be bound in my loyalties. I will not be bound in my obligations. I am free to choose who is my friend and who I ignore. I owe no one, and no one owes me. I claim a natural right to exist as I choose, like the deer or a mouse or a lion. I, like all creatures, am natural and claim my space in the world as they do.

This is my starting point of Freedom.

And Liberty and Justice For....?

I've come to believe that the Police and Justice System are to keep you and me humming along, being productive, so Corporate America can continue taking the lion share of our labor. Another example of this was in the news yesterday. Zuckerberg, founder of Facebook, who in my opinion is a weazel and small stinking turd, was found to be complicit in the THEFT of proprietary information. Facebook bought a Virtual Reality Company called Oculus Rift. Oculus, founded by Palmer Luckey, has been found guilty in a CIVIL SUIT of STEALING proprietary secrets from another company called ZuniMax. Zuckerberg and Luckey have been told to pay ZuniMax, Half a Billion Dollars!

Why Protest is Useless in AMERICA INCORPORATED

   It's disheartening to see so many good people protest Trump. If they had put this much effort into the election perhaps we would not have this problem?  Protest is useless. It might make you feel better at first, but, when you realize nothing has changed you get politically depressed.  Because we no longer control the country.

This is AMERICA INCORPORATED.

It's time to realize that our vote does not count.

Our Representatives do not represent US.

The promises this country has made us is Propaganda. 

We have only one resource left to us to make non violent change. 

We need to: Stop Feeding the Beast

Pull your money from the Stock Market and Bank Accounts. Place it overseas if you want it to continue earning. And then we need to stop paying our unsecured debt. Stop paying your Credit Cards and Insurance. If 1 out of 10 people did this we could change the World. 

 VOTE WITH DOLLARS 

Yes, there would be a short term fluctuation in the DOW. The Politicians and the News Talking Heads would proclaim the end of the world. (Remember, your favorite talking head is the mouthpiece of a giant corporation. He or she does not control what they say, they are hired because the corporation believes they are Believable, Likeable, your Friend.)  

I need your feedback on this. 

What would you change first?

The second important part of this is, we need a unified demand. We need to agree on what we want.

I suggest we start with Campaign Finance Reform. Do you understand that most of the money Campaigns spend is on Television ads?  We the People of the United States own the Airwaves. We can demand that all candidates get an equal amount of time to make their case. WITHOUT CHARGE. We can make money irrelevant. We need the best ideas! not the best funded candidate.
We could also outlaw NEGATIVE ADS.  No way you say, not possible. We have Freedom of Speech Right?  We did until they outlawed Cigarette Ads. There is now a whole list of things that can't be sold on Television. 

Now back to the main point about protest. Our Politicians count on protest. We place all our energy into whatever we are the most upset about, and soon, we run out of gas. Remember OCCUPY WALL STREET?  CNN and FOX focused all your attention on the freaks and fringe to discredit the movement, and you believed it. CNN and FOX are the talking heads of Wall Street.  

This is a sad fact about Americans. 

YOU BELIEVE BIG NEWS

After the Marches and Rallies we go back to our TV Shows and lame Facebook Social Media Sites. We tell ourselves we did all we could, and year after year we see our Bill of Rights continue to erode to the point of it being meaningless. Walk through a Military Graveyard and ask yourself. What did they sacrifice themselves for?

The only real Freedom I see in America that I don't see in many other countries is, we allow individuals to hoard gigantic sums of money. Please make the case for me of why anyone needs a Billion Dollars?  Money is finite.  That means that there is only so mush money and when a few hoard it that means many other people have less.  Could a Corporate CEO's make gigantic salaries and bonuses without their workers? No they couldn't. But they work very hard to limit what their employees earn and get praise for it.

Let's Stop feeding the Beast, $$$ and Lives
