1000's of Crimes are Prevented Everyday by Privately Owned Firearms

What if the News opened its reporting every night with the following Statement. 

1000's of Crimes Were Again Prevented Today by Privately Owned Firearms

1000's of Burglary's, Assaults, Home Invasions, Rapes and Murders

were prevented again today because criminals are afraid of Privately Owned Firearms. 

In EVERY STATE where lawful citizens can Carry Concealed Firearms, there is less crime. 

Why does the California Legislature work so hard to undermine our Constitutional Rights and make us the victims of criminals?  WHY? 

They are controlled by a small faction of the super-rich who are afraid. 

They are afraid that at some point we will stop being distracted by "Game of Thrones"

and see our political system as it really is.

If you were aware of the way your Representatives sell you down the river, how they are completely controlled by legal corruption.  You might want to do something about it.  And when you find your vote means nothing, that protest doesn't work, what are you left with? 

Our last legal means of protest is $$$.  Imagine we all stopped paying our credit cards?

Imagine if even 10% of us were to stop all payments on unsecured loans?

We would so affect cash flow that the system would come to a standstill. 

Then we could demand change in our political system. 

Outlaw Political Parties

Make all political donations anonymous. 

Demand all new legislation pass a Constitutional Rules Committee

Stop Judges from setting legal precedent.

Only Juries will set precedent. 

The 1st Amendment of our Constitution guarantees

 us the Freedom of Speech.  

The 2nd Amendment guarantees us the Right to Own Firearms to protect 

the Constitution from an Illegal Government.

Is our Government Legal?  

Do the government officials that swear to protect and defend the Constitution honor

this oath?

Remember, many people will not report the defensive use of a gun to the Police. This study is probably very low in the real world numbers.  

What if Everything You Think is Wrong?

If you found out today:

That we humans have been on this planet for Millions of years. (not the 200,000 years we are told) 

Would that freak you out, would you stop going to work and sit in a corner and never talk?

That today's human civilization is just the latest experiment, that we have risen and failed many times? 

Could you handle that? 

What if you found out that we have been helped (and sometimes used) but other more advanced civilizations? 

Time for nightmares?  Time to be afraid of the world? 

And what if you found out our government has know about this all along, that they have made deals with these "others" to keep the secret from you. 

Would you demand justice? 

I'm beginning to believe these things, believe that incredible technologies are withheld from us.  Believe that we might be able to live much longer lives,  believe that much of what can be imagined can be available to us.

What if there was a cure for Cancer?  A cure that has been kept from us? 

What if there was a way to produce unlimited clean energy?  And it has been kept from us? 

What if there was a way to live many lifetimes in healthy young bodies and this was kept from us?  But made available to those that keep these secrets? 

What are you willing to do to find out these things?
What wouldn't you do?  

I believe this is why these secrets continue.  Because we would burn this system down if we found these things to be true.  And those that keep these secrets know, that their days are numbered.

Women in Combat

War is a male thing.

Invented by men, for men.
Do I believe that women can be effective fighters, of course.
But why? 

Expecting women to fight does not make them equal.
It's a lowering of their biological norm.

There is this concept that if we include women in the Draft, that proves that they are treated as equals.  This is an inaccurate concept.  By drafting 18 year old boys and girls,  (remember, at this age we don't believe they have the maturity to drink alcohol, but some think they can be sent out to kill with full understanding of what they do.   Drafting both boys and girls does not make the draft equal.
If we find ourselves in such a predicament that a draft is necessary then there should be no age restrictions on who is drafted above the age of 21.  No deferment!  No handicaps.  Everyone is included.  Remember, it takes 9 people to support each person in the field.  So everyone can contribute. 

With this system, how often do you think you will see a draft. If the politician's children are at risk. If the politicians themselves are at risk? I doubt you would see this happen over many of the conflicts in the past.

American is a strange place. It's system requires the mental ability to hold 2 or more conflicting ideas at the same time.  Our politicians claim we live in a free country, but ask them to define FREE.  I believe we need a legal definition for freedom.  So far, the only freedom I see is the ability for a few to gather impossible amounts of wealth without paying their fair share of taxes.  I see a system that outlaws drugs, including even antibiotics, so that a few can take outrageous profits. This includes illegal drugs. I've come to the conclusion that there are systems in place that import illegal drugs into this country and the few that you see prosecuted for imports are the systems competition.

$$ is America's GOD.  And lord help you if you get in the way of profit. 
War is one of the biggest profit centers in this country.  We spent 10 times as much on War as the next largest military. This does not make us strong if the people of this country no longer have faith in the leadership.

We are near collapse.
Just as the Soviet Union collapsed, The United States is no longer very united.

Even though I joined the military when I was young,  today I would not fight for today's country.

Young people, you are taught propaganda in school, at the movies, on television.  This is a corrupt society.  You have already been sold out by corporate interests. You will be used for your vitality and then thrown away. 

DON'T ACCEPT WHAT YOU ARE TOLD, BELIEVE WHAT YOU SEE.

We could easily afford Universal Healthcare for everyone in the country with half of what we spend on the military. We could end homelessness.  We could start to heal our planet. 

Yes, girls in combat, sure, that makes them equal. 

Boycott Dick's Sporting Goods

The CEO of Dick's Sporting Goods has worked to undermine our 2nd Amendment.  He believes that taking a stand against a certain type of legal firearm will ensure more profit for his company.  He is willing to trade our Constitutional Rights for short term political correctness and added profit. 

Lets not do business with Dick's.  Cause the guy is a Dick.

An Oath Taken, an Oath Broken / Why Many in Public Office have lost their Authority

Daily I read about some Judge, Law Enforcement Officer, Politician demanding restrictions on Constitutional Rights.   Demanding more restrictions, demanding more authority to search, demanding a 1000 things that our Constitution prohibits.

Our Justice System now wants to convict people for manslaughter for what they have text messaged!
This is absolutely counter to our 1st Amendment. Freedom of Speech

These same people took an Oath of Office. They swore to uphold and defend our Constitution.  We require them to pledge themselves to honor these principles.  And they SWEAR to honor them.  Next, they are doing all they can to tear them down.

Are those, that have sworn to uphold these Rights, still legitimate in their authority?  I don't think so.  The moment that they turn against us and our hard fought Rights, they have lied to their Oath, and to us.

You may ask, just because they have disregarded their Oaths, they still have their positions, they still hold their office.  Yes unfortunately,  but the question is of their Authority.  Do they maintain their Authority.  I SAY NO!  What they now wield is not Authority,  it's Force.  Authority is enabled when we, as a group, agree to a overbidding principle.  These office holders no longer agree to these principles.  They no longer wish to be constrained by the rules that they agreed to uphold.  They are outliers that have broken from the group.  They have abdicated their Authority.  What they have instead, is Force.  Like the Force used to Rob at Gunpoint.  A man holding a gun to your head does not have Authority.

The First Two Laws of Authority are:

1.  Authority always demands more Authority.

2.  Authority always demands less Accountability.

We can no longer accept this mistreatment.  Walk through any of the 1000's of Veterans Cemeteries in the US and Europe.  These men and women died to protect freedom, the freedom that comes from our Constitution and Bill of Rights.   Those that break their Oaths of Office desecrate their sacrifice.

When confronted with Force, don't see it as you against the system.  The person standing in front of you that has broken their Oath is the problem.  It's you against this individual that is attempting to undermine your Rights.  It's you against them.  Take it personally.  Say NO!  Surround yourself with your supporters.   Resist.  Patriotism isn't allowing yourself to be intimidated.

Patriotism is Standing Up for what you know is Right. 

Boycott SALESFORCE!

SALESFORCE is attempting undermine our Constitution.  They are demanding companies that use their software to stop selling rifles. If they don't, they will stop these companies from using their software.  SALESFORCE, we live in a FREE COUNTRY.  Our country is based on the Individuals Freedom.  NOT CORPORATE POLICY.  I will do all I can to undermine SALESFORCE.  A Company that turns people into a commodity.  You are the antithesis of what's wrong with Corporate America.  And now you attack our Constitution!!

In Defence of our 2nd Amendment. 

EVERYDAY, 1000's OF CRIMES DO NOT HAPPEN BECAUSE CRIMINALS ARE AFRAID OF  PRIVATELY OWNED FIREARMS.

Everyday, 1000s of Robberies, Burglaries, Rapes, Assaults, even Murders are Stopped before they happen because Citizens can defend themselves.  You don't hear this on the News. You don't read this in the Newspapers.  You don't see this on your TV Shows.  What you see is the horrible aftermath of what a very few, TOTALLY CRAZY,  people do.  Every 6 months you read that dozens of people are killed and injured by some completely damaged person and yes, these are terrible events. But you forget the 1000's of crimes that didn't happen everyday. 

In places that have total gun control the crazy people use cars and trucks to kill people on the street.  I won't list them here, but there are many better ways to kill large numbers of people than a gun.  Next think of all the laws that the Anti Gun Groups demand to stop this violence from happening again. Gun Registration, Background Checks, Assault Weapons Ban, on and on. None of these Laws have stopped the violence. You can't stop crazy people with laws!  AND These laws are not meant to stop the violence. These laws are the step by step agenda to confiscate our 2nd Amendment.

The 2nd Amendment was added to the Constitution to Protect its Citizens from an out of control Government.  And truly, look at our Government today.  Do you feel like your Representatives speak with your voice?  In California, the majority of voters have not voted since 1966.  People no longer believe their vote has any power.  I believe that every vote not cast is a vote against the present system.  The major Parties have passed laws to undermine every third party candidate.  Winner takes all rules that have been approved by politically appointed Judges killed off any Third Party Hope. 
And the choice between the two parties candidates is usually no choice at all.

Now we have Corporations demanding their customers give up their Constitutional Rights.  Where are the Judges, that are suppose to protect our Constitution?  Where are the Politician, that took oaths to protect our Rights?  The Politicians have their hands out for the cash from the Corporations.  Legal Payoffs.  And our Supreme Court has ruled that Money = Free Speech.  This is the blow we may never recover from.  And ultimately, it's the Judges that have destroyed our protections. 

A Judge ruled that a 14 year old boy, killed by the Police, because he carried a toy rifle to his friends house, ruled that his Civil Rights had not been violated!   If this is the case, then we have no rights. If you can be killed by mistake, by those we pay to protect us, then what rights do we have?  This cop was the Cities Training Officer.  Not some new recruit that made a terrible blunder,  but the cop that trains the new recruits. To add even more insult he was promoted.  Its this System that wants to disarm us of Legally Purchased Firearms to stop gun violence! 

Boycott SALESFORCE and educate yourselves about our Constitution and Bill of Rights.  It's these two Documents that makes this country great.  Soon they may be only sad facts in our History. 

A Thanksgiving Beat Down

Last night I sat in a room filled with family.
They were from near and far.
After dinner and desert we sat in groups talking and listening.
I do more listening these days as my views are different from most.
I consider my views "more thoughtful."
It's because the first question I ask myself when judging my own opinions is, "Where did this come from? and "Why do you believe this? 
I believe most people are programmed, first by the media and then by their peers, (who also get their thinking from the media giants.
Let's face it, Corporations wouldn't spend Trillions of dollars on advertising if it didn't work.

The Reason for this post;

On the television is a "news" story. No one is listening but the video is of 3 cops beating a man on the ground. One cop doing the beating and two others standing over the activity. My nephew, who is in the California Highway Patrol is explaining that the man is being beaten because he will not surrender to the police officers his hands.  He will comply or they will beat him into unconsciousness or worse. And their reasoning is; that they are not safe until this happens. Three men with clubs and guns and a government that will stand behind their actions, and their excuse for this is that they are not safe. This is what they have been taught. That the citizens that pay their exorbitant salaries are all the enemy. That "Their" safety should be their primary concern.  That demanding someone who has committed no crime, surrender their dignity, their freedom, to a group of individuals acting more like thugs than professionals. No one likes a bully and I am constantly amazed that the police are surprised by those that resist this treatment. 

Remember these two things about the police and the dangers they face.

1. They volunteered for the job. They weren't drafted. They volunteered to Protect and Serve. I don't accept any excuse for their actions because they claim their jobs are dangerous.

2. And just how dangerous is it to be a cop. Go to the CDC's website. They compile data on deaths by occupation. Cops are less likely to be shot, stabbed or bludgeoned than a normal citizen. The only case of a higher death rate is from how they drive. They are more likely than you and I of dying in a car accident. And that's on them. 

I've always believed that those people who want to be cops are the last people that should be given a badge. They want respect, but don't give it. They also don't understand that the respect their given is not real. Not earned. It's artificial.

My nephew commented that once the police got their "suspect" into handcuffs that he didn't look so bad.  "I don't see any blood," he says. 

I've always thought of my nephew as smart, and a bit of a know it all. One thing he lacks is wisdom. And it may be that the only way he'll learn it is the hard way.

Below is an example of how I think, and it illustrates how you don't think.

A CHP Officer can make $100,000 a year.  What is their primary duty?  To patrol the roads and issue traffic citations to unarmed drivers. And he or she is paid this because their job is thought to be dangerous.

How much money does a Private in the Army make?  As they patrol the roads of some shit hole country far from home.   Less than minimum wage.   Who has the more dangerous job? 

Trump, Not just a White Man Thing

I'm White, proud to be white and I hate Trump. I miss Obama. At one time I called myself a Republican. Then I got smart and called myself a Democrat, then I got Wisdom. Now I hate them both. Political Parties are corrupt. They should be abolished.  But back to White Men and Trump.
Trump did receive more votes from men of all races.  But Trump also received more votes from white women than did Hillary.  I've never heard anyone calling out white women for voting for Trump. Have you?

Turn Off the Holy Noise (Hey Mosques, Turn that shit off!

On a trip to Indonesia I was constantly bombarded by the local Mosques loudspeakers. Seven or more times a day starting a 4 am I hear this awful caterwauling. It wakes me up. And don't ever come here in August. They have a holiday where this goes on all night. Really!  God is Great repeated over and over and over and over. It's like being in Hell. On a normal day, their Call to Prayer, is not a soft chime or a reverberating bell. It's 15 or 20 minutes or loud, unharmonious chanting. Hey, I'm all about doing your own religious thing, but don't make me listen to it. If a Christian tried to do the same shit here they would be attacked. Remember this before you spend your money to come to a Muslim? Country.  To me it's just a giant FUCK YOU if your not a Muslim or even a small m Muslim. It's time to turn this shit off.

OK, now I'll say something nice, seems Mohamed liked cats. Cool! That I like.

Authority vs Force

Remember:

The 1st rule of Authority:

Authority will always demand more Authority.

They will say, "If we had more, we could get so much more done."

The 2nd rule is:

Authority will always demand less Accountability.  

They will say, "We can't be blamed for what we do."

In the end, uncontrolled Authority fails because of arrogance. 

Then Authority drops the pretence of legitimacy and moves to Force.

Our Government no longer represents the people. 
That makes it Illegitimate. 
Authority is when people and government agree. 
Force is when government ignores agreement. 

America's BLACK BUDGET would fund Free Heath Care for all Americans

Health Insurance is the biggest scam in American History.

Don't equate Health Insurance with Health Care. They are two completely different things. You have two gigantic entities paying off our elected representatives to maximize their profit. Your pain and suffering is their Golden Goose.  And unlike every other 1st World Country, our taxes do no cover Health Care.

The 2017 Black Budget of the US

would pay for Free Heath Care for every person in America. 

So don't tell me there is no money for this. And in a Democracy don't the People Rule? Our vote means nothing. Once again, in the last Presidential election the loser got 3 million more votes than the winner! We don't have a Democracy. I'm not sure what to call it. And I certainly wouldn't send our children to die in war to defend it.

Who's in charge?

Do we have to PAY our elected representatives to represent US? Do we have to pay them more than the Corporations and Wealthy Elite to do what they were elected to do?

This Experiment has Failed

What can you do? Grass roots movement?  Get politicly involved? No. Those avenues of change are gone. All we are left with is revolution. And I vote for one without violence but:  All Countries start out like the birth of a baby, with blood and screams of agony. And they all end the same way. Greed killed America, Paid off political parties killed America. And worst of all, Corrupt Judges killed our civil rights and bestowed the crown of authority to Wealthy Corporations. There is no taking it back. 

All we can do is ride it out or leave. And trust me, those boarder fences some demanded will also be keeping us in.  

Ways to survive: 

Don't keep all your assets in paper money.

And don't keep all your assets in the US. 

At the first sign of trouble your representatives will close the banks and keep you from what is yours.

This is what they did 100 years ago during the great financial collapse. Then they will close the boarders to keep anything else you have from leaving.  Why is it, even now, you can't leave the country with more than $10,000?  It's not their money, or is it. You have been brain washed into thinking you live in a FREE Country. You Don't. Here the only freedom is, the freedom to accumulate obscene amounts of wealth. And those that do this don't keep their wealth here.  The biggest story than never got reported was the Panama Papers. Proof of how all the biggest Corporations in the US hide their wealth and don't pay taxes on it. Do a little research, look up the Panama Papers and save the article.  Print it and file it before it's removed from the internet or completely obscured by thousands of false stories. As look up Sock Puppets, the governments propaganda machine of 100's of thousands of fake people online. They do this to undermine your opinions.  And last but not least, look up Propaganda in America. It was made legal in 2013. Every Newspaper, Novel, TV Show and Movie is affected.

911 and Manufactured Fear

I will always wonder why I turned on the Television that morning.  Before work I never turn it on.  But that morning something pulled me to it and I turned it on, and without changing the channel sat watched the first Tower burn.  Then, as it happened, watched the second plane hit the second tower.

 "Biblical" is what I thought.

And I, like many, believed the narrative.

Until someone showed me a video of Building 7 collapse.
Building 7 was a 47 story building two blocks from the the Twin Towers.
It collapsed perfectly on it's own footprint, Completely, Evenly, Perfectly.
Arial photos of the area show the buildings between the Towers and Building 7.
Building 7 was two blocks away. These buildings between were damaged,
BUT STANDING. How is that possible?  Then I saw something else.
YouTube has many videos of Building 7.  They showed the building on fire, smoke
coming out of the windows,  and the Experts claim it fell because it was on fire.
But the first video I watched had no fire, no smoke. Had the fire been added.

Then I ran a search.
How many building have collapsed from fire?

None.

Thousands of building have caught fire in the past and none have collapsed like the Building 7 and the Twin Towers.

And I learned a new term;

Cognitive Dissonance

This is why people will deny what they see, or what they are told, that conflicts with their personal belief system.  It's a way to protect themselves.  We are a Country firmly convinced that what we are seeing isn't real.

It's real, I'm sorry but it is.

The video I linked to is gone. Like many of the videos from 911, they are disappearing from the internet.  YouTube, that is now owned by Google is censoring content that they do not agree with. WTF?  Remember Freedom of Speech?  Soon it will be nothing but a memory. 

The video below was of Building 7. It was two street over from the Twin Towers. This 47 story building collapse at freefall speed into its own footprint.  This building was not hit by any plane.
It remains as one of only three building to collapse due to fire.  In the history of construction, a steel constructed building has never collapsed due to fire, not until 911.  And no steal constructed building has collapsed in the 18 years since 911. 

Again: What is Freedom?

It's funny that most people have no definition for freedom. It's simply an ideal that they believe is important, but ultimately undefinable.  There is a reason for this.  It's left undefined so you have no way to judge if it exists.

The state of being free; liberty; self-determination; absence of restraint; the opposite of slavery.  The power of acting, in the character of a moral personality, according to the dictates of the will, without other check, hindrance, or prohibition than such as may be imposed by just and necessary laws and the duties of social life.  The prevalence, in the government and constitution of a country, of such a system of laws and institutions as secure civil liberty to the individual citizen.

This is my starting point of Freedom:

I will move away from others who think differently. I will find shelter and sustenance. I will follow where my personal Gods lead. I will not be bound in my loyalties. I will not be bound in my obligations. I am free to choose who is my friend and who I ignore. I owe no one, and no one owes me. 

I claim a natural right to exist as I choose, like the deer or a mouse or a lion. I, like all creatures, am natural and claim my space in the world as they do.

Illegal Immigration is the New Slavery

Corporations will always look for cheap labor.  It started with Slavery.  Rich land owners wanted cheap labor so they could make more money for themselves.  If your God is money then there is never enough answers to your prayers.  These rich land owners left us with a legacy of social unrest that will continue for decades. And they don't pick up the tab for it, you and I do.  The New Slavery is illegal immigration, and notice how that is worded. Illegal Immigrant, not Illegal Employment. The media, which is the Corporate Mouthpiece, wants us to blame the immigrant, not those that employ them. If we jailed business owners for employing them the problem would be solved overnight.  But the media blames the immigrant without any mention of the Business people that reap huge rewards for themselves by not playing for labor as they should.

You workers out there should also be aware that cheap labor undermines pay for all workers.  And the lie that is always told is that these immigrants do the work that Americans don't want to do.  Every business type in America employs immigrants that are not here legally.  Even the Tech Giants employ them.  And every worker in America is paid less because of it.  Well except maybe Government Workers.

And once again we are left with social and political problems caused by the rich with us paying the cost of another huge underclass of people just trying to survive.

Do you want less Crime?

Then have fewer laws.

Misdirection and Building a Better Boogie Man

What is a Think Tank?  Have you ever thought about it?  What is their purpose?  The easy answer is, it's a group of smart people who offer advice. But a better answer is, it's a group that offers strategies on how to cause a specific action. How to push an agenda. How to manipulate. And yes, we are all manipulated.

Divide and Conquer 

Over and over again, the real problems we face on a daily basis are mitigated by us squabbing amongst ourselves. War, Poverty, Disease, Environment, important issues are pushed down the list of what is considered important by emotional issues forced on us to keep us divided.  I've come to believe that some group, somewhere, manipulates our day to day outrage.  It's beautiful in how they channel our dissatisfaction. 

Todays Outrage is Sexual Harassment

I shouldn't be dumbfounded that men are losing their reputations on unfounded allegations by unnamed women with few details. But I am. And I seem to be of the very few that think this is not only wrong but the next in a long line of social problems forced on us by the government/media to keep us divided.  Race, Abortion, Guns, Religion  These things keep us from confronting a corrupt government/corporate conspiracy. 

We Have Been At War My Whole Life

And since the Second World War we have never gone to war with an intention of winning. We go in under maned, spend trillions of dollars making many corporations billions of dollars, and when the government can no longer justify the conflict they pull out and start planning the next one.  And now the government doesn't even care that their reasons for war are illogical or counterproductive. We are conditioned to accept war.  It's now expected. 

Building A New Boogie Man

Watch the news carefully. The Government/Media wants us to believe that North Korea is a real threat. It's not. Nuclear Weapons are obsolete and North Korea doesn't have a single ballistic missile. Why launch a missile when it's much easier to build and release a biological weapon.  The US has always had an official Boogie Man. Do you really think we couldn't find Osama Bin Laden for 20 years?  We created him. Our government funded him against the Russians in Afghanistan. This is no big secret, it's just not part of the official media package because it will confuse the simple minded. We also created Saddam Hussein in Iraq. He was our guy until he stopped taking our orders. Look it up.

Blame the Democrats and Republicans

We the people are taught that we control the government. But we don't. Our votes mean nothing anymore. TWICE the candidate with the most votes have lost. If, like me, you vote for a third party candidate, your vote is stolen from you and given in an illegal "winner takes all" system. This is criminal. 

Imagine what we could do with a congress that works for us!

Imagine a congress that gives tax breaks to companies that hire more people and not invest in automation. Imagine a congress that limits health and drug costs and cuts War spending. Imagine that the system works the way it was meant to. But we don't demand it to because we have given up on the thought that we have any influence.  When a vote comes up in congress your representative doesn't consider what their constituents want. They get a call from the Party Chairman who tells them how their corporate sponsors want the issue decided. 

This is not a Democracy

To the young people today, do not join the Military. Don't sacrifice your life for our corrupt system. 

I joined the military when I was young, but I knew much of what I was told was a lie. I told myself that I would decide what to do. And if someone ordered me to kill the innocent I would turn my gun on the one who gave the order. 

America is not by any Matrix the greatest country on Earth.

I will always question any social outrage that targets a specific group.

Today it seems to be open season on White Men for whatever grievance women or some ethnic groups have. As a White Male I can tell you this strategy is a loser. It will get attention in the short term but place the group at a disadvantage for decades. Let's take Affirmative Action, has it worked? And how would you know whether it's worked or would blacks be in the same place today without it?  We don't know, but what White Men see is a group that needs help. And if they still need this kind of help it's because they are not equal. Sure, some of you reading this will bring up the old socio economic excuses but that just doesn't cut it today.  Don't you think many other groups could claim this same situation? Affirmative Action is government sanctioned proof that they aren't equal. They, as a group, should demand that it end.

Now we come to today's Headlines of rampant Sexual Harassment. Women venting their outrage at a male dominated society that blatantly and aggressively pursue their sexuality! OMG  Ladies, first off, isn't this what you have been promoting with your male gay friends? But my larger point is this;

Women have used their sexuallity since the beginning time to give themselves an advantage.

OK Ladies, point blank, Your Use of Sexuallity is also Sexual Harrasment. You need to accept that you are just as culpable as the men you disdain. I think the big difference is, if a man is taken advantage of by the use of female sexuallity they will blame themselves. They take the hit. Sure, women blame themselves too, but those that don't take responsibility have another option. Blame the bigger and stronger gender because the excuse is, women are not equal.

Women don't understand that your demands of justice for you inequitable treatment place you in the same position as blacks. We see your demands as a statement that you are not equal. You need special consideration. Your demands and outrage will give you some short term satisfaction but in the long term, to us White Men, you look weak and less capable.

The bottom line is, many people hate us, because they want to be us. 

And the truth is you can. 

And I'm going to tell you how. 

Women, as a group, you need to conduct yourselves in the same manner with the men you want attention from, as the men you don't. This idea that if you're "uncomfortable" it's harassment is laughable to men. You don't get to wear those pants that make your ass look great and then complain because men that are not on your short list are looking at you. Women never claim harassment towards those men they want attention from.  That's what makes your argument untenable. 

If a man were to touch my wife in an inappropriate way I would expect her to respond with either strong verbal response or a rock solid punch depending on the violation. And then immediately report it. Claiming you were touched 10 years ago and expecting sympathy and justice now are ridiculous. Take some of these claims and turn them around, imagine it's a man claiming a woman grabbed his crotch and said "You like this?" and he's complaining about it now. What do you think of that man?  That he's a victim?  Do you have any sympathy? No, you think he's weak and wants attention. 

And if you haven't noticed, men sexually harass each other. It's part of our culture, we attempt to dominate each other, if you're intimidated by the game, it's because we're looking for weakness. Don't be weak.

Women, what some of you are demanding is that we act like you, or pretend to be sexless drones, automatons that mechanically inhabit the workplace. Well, if you get your wish, stock up on gothic romance novels because the weak ones of your gender will destroy any chance of romantic love.

Authority vs Force [Why you should Ignore Most Laws

Somehow people forget that our laws are generated by the same group of fools we call Congress. Their approval rating is the depth of a toilet bowl. If we don't approve of what they do, why do we follow it?  FUCK Congress, and FUCK their work product, which is Legislation. [LAWS]

Did you know that it's against the Law in California to have a bird feeder? But somehow it's legal to buy bird food?

Our Governor just signed a bill to lower the penalty for INTENTIONALLY giving someone AIDS. It was a Felony, now it's a Misdemeanor.  Some asshole can give your loved ones a deadly disease ON PURPOSE! and it's treated like petty theft. FUCK THE LAWS.

Laws are not created to be logical, to be consistent or even to be just. They are as incompetent as those that make them. Congress is incompetent and so are their laws.

I suggest you take all interaction with authority, personally. These incidents aren't with you and the law. They are between you and some PERSON that means to do you harm. Perhaps they want to take your money for some dubious or illegal reason. Perhaps they want to take your freedom. The LAW is often used as a gun to steal from you when no harm has been committed. Learn to say NO! and volunteer nothing. If they want something from you make them take it.

Remember, in all of these interactions, the authority they have, is what you give them. There is a giant divide between Authority and Force.  Authority is when we all agree and respect certain rules. Force is used when we don't agree and respect. And that's what we are left with today. We don't agree and we don't respect so those that choose to enforce use force.  I suggest we use an opposite and equal force until we are once again respected.

Dear Americans YOU ARE STUPID

American's must be the most stupid people on the planet.  So easily manipulated, and it's not that you trust anything. You simply lack the brainpower to see thru the most ridiculous lies you're told by business and government.  And I have to live in this world that you accept and contribute too.

Here are a few clues. I'm 60 years old and we have constantly been at war even though we have no enemies at our borders.  We have been at war because the giant corporations that run this country want to continue reaping the gigantic profits of the war machine. There is plenty of money for Health Care and social programs but you have been convinced that these are a waste of money. YOU ARE STUPID.  Clue #2. Contract Law and TOS Agreements.  You probably don't even know what this stands for. TERMS OF SERVICE. These Agreements you click thru remove all of your rights under law. WHAT GOOD ARE OUR RIGHTS IF YOU GIVE THEM AWAY?

Your State probably has specific rights to protect you as a worker BUT the company you work for has Incorporated in Delaware or somewhere that does not grant these rights and those are the laws that you work under. YES, you can work in California and pay California Tax but have the rights of whatever state your company's Headquarters resides.  This is because the people you vote into Congress have FUCKED YOU and you keep voting them in, again and again.

Your Government is just an extension of Corporate interests. You are as much a slave as those bought and sold Two hundred years ago.  Your vote means nothing. It's window dressing to let your weak mind convince yourself that the people in American run the show.

Now let me tell you who the real enemies are, and there are TWO.  First it's the MEDIA. Billion Dollar Corporations that constantly pound their message into your heads. We are a free country, but you're nothing if you don't have the latest iPhone.  You have the Bill of Rights, but don't click that TOS!

But the second enemy is one you rarely hear stories about. They are protected and hidden. They are the JUDGES. They are the most corrupt entity in this country. They corrupt our Constitution and our Bill of Rights. They allow the Police to murder your children and the Corporations Murder you financially.  They are the whip and the protectors of the lie.

Soon we will be told that we must submit to Marshall Law because we are threatened by enemies from outside. This will be a lie. The enemies are here amongst us. And they are getting more paranoid all the time. Because the lies they have been spinning are getting thin, so thin that even the stupid are having a hard time believing them.  Consider this, we have spent Trillions of dollars trying to control Al Qaeda. They account for maybe 30,000 people.  That's the size of a tiny midwest town.
In the Bay Area that would be like the town of Martinez.  Trillions of dollars and we can't control Martinez?  It's all a lie, why can't you see it?

Andy Lopez, a 13 year old boy is shot 7 times by the Santa Rosa Police Department's Training Officer, Erick Gelhaus. Please don't forget this assholes Name, ERICK GELHAUS. HE KILLED THIS KID FOR NOTHING. ANDY WAS DOING NOTHING ILLEGAL. HE WAS CARRYING A TOY AIRSOFT GUN. Gelhaus yelled at him to drop the gun, the kid turned around to see who was yelling at him am Gelhaus fired 8 shots at the kid. This took maybe 2 seconds. He kills the kid because he says he felt threatened. No Criminal Charges are filed against Gelhaus and later he's promoted.
Police are protected from lawsuits. They can do the most horrendous things and can't be held personally responsible. But the Department can be sued which means you and me pay the millions in damages for their crimes! How the fuck is that reasonable. It's not. The truth is, our government wants the cops to be protected so they don't fear keeping us in line. Truly, the cops job used to be to protect us but now it's to make sure we keep paying our taxes and not rock the boat.

This Bitch,  Sonoma County District Attorney Jill Ravitch rules that the Andy's civil rights were not violated!   FUCK YOU JILL!  FUCK YOU AND SHAME ON YOU!  WHAT IF IT WAS YOUR KID THAT WAS KILLED?  and this proves, we have no civil rights. The Police are supposed to protect us. Protect us with their lives. We are not supposed to be killed because the cop was scared. They volunteered for the job, they volunteered to risk their lives.  How did this shit get so upside down?  Blame the Judges. And people like this Bitch.

What is Sexual Harassment / And What Isn't

As a man, this is one of the more interesting questions I get to ponder.  A few observations are:

Men have no clue, because mostly it makes no sense.

Men think it's a demand made by men against less powerful women.

"Blow me or you're fired!"  Sure, that fits.  but "You look nice today?"  does not.
It's yet another one of those, if I'm uncomfortable it's harassment.  Imagine a man claiming harassment because of a woman's perfume. How does that make him look?  And let's face it, these laws are for women against men.  Ultimately it only makes women seem weaker and less capable.
A female Affirmative Action.

OK, so here is the fly in the ointment.

Sexual Harassment is never directed at the man the woman wants to be noticed by.  If the boss asks out his underling and she wants to be asked out, that's fine.  If the woman does not want this attention it becomes harassment.  So how is the guy to know?  It's funny how often women think guys can read minds.

Scenario 1 / A woman at work gets asked out, a nice adult invitation. She does not want to seem to eager or she was caught off guard so she declines. She decides she likes this guy and hopes he asks again. Sometime later he brings it up again and she can't because of an obligation. On the third suggestion she accepts.  All good.

Scenario 2 /  A woman at work gets asked out, a nice adult invitation. She was caught off guard by this and does not want to date this guy so she declines. She hopes this guy doesn't ask her again. Sometime later he brings it up again and she claim she has another obligation for that evening and hopes this guy gets the message.  On his third suggestion she sees no end to this and labels it harassment.  All bad.

So perhaps you're thinking, the company should have a no dating policy?  This would fix it.  Fix it for whom? First off, it's not the companies responsibility or their Right to tell people how to live and act. Most people seem far too willing to allow Government or Business to govern their human interactions. FUCK THEM!  We end up with all this bullshit because the woman in Scenario 2 doesn't just say she's not interested in dating this guy.  She's just trying to be nice you say?  So this guy gets fired because she's trying to be nice?  She's weak and her friends should have told her how to say No to the guy in a nice but clear way. Her friends don't realize their actions are limiting their own opportunities.

How often do women ask, "How does my ass look in this?"  How often do they wear form fitting clothes to show off their breasts and their backside.  They want attention, but only from a short list of friends and co workers. And if those on the list make a positive comment it's great. But those off the list better not be looking at them?  How do you expect to get it both ways.  Well logically you don't.  That's why most harassment allegations are baseless.

What follows is a real world experience that I witnessed.


I worked at the San Francisco Headquarters of the Gap for many years. I worked closely with the IT Department. One morning the IT employees came to work and found that they were charged with Sexual Harassment. A female worker from another department was offended by a poster that was hanging on a wall in the IT Department. All the employees it that office were giving written warnings and a letter went into each of their files describing the incident. What did not go in their file was a picture of the offending poster. The poster was a Gap Ad, that had been in the newspaper and was also hanging in the Ladies Undergarment Department. It was a beautiful young girl wearing Gap under clothing and showed no more skin than a bathing suit. But because one person was offended now all the people in the Department were criticised. Two of the people were women. This is political correctness and sensitivity training gone insane. Or do you agree? I'd love to hear a thoughtful explanation as to why this was necessary. 


So what is SEXUAL Harassment?

A person makes rude or cruel or demeaning sexual comments more that twice to a co-worker. And twice he is told to stop.  That's harassment.

This would include a woman calling a man a "pussy," more than once. And being told to stop.

A man demands sex from a woman for her continued employment or advancement.

Below is also harassment that is never prosecuted or even talked about.

A woman offer sex to a man for employment or advancement. 
Seems harassment only goes one way.

Discomfort is not harassment. Grow up Ladies, you claim to be equal, start acting like it.
